Reservation Policy:

• V.A.T.(8%) is included in the room rates
• Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate
• All 0-6 years children stay free of charge in parents room
• All older children or adults are charged 20 Euro per night and person for extra beds
• Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1
• If you make a reservation with our online reservation system,direct you pay total amount for reservation by your credit card.
• If you want to make a reservation with e-mail,we request your credit card details for reservation guarantee,when you arrive to here you pay.
• if cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
• If reservation cancelled later or in case of no show, the first night will be charged from your credit card.
• Zeugma Hotel provide a complimentary transfer (Reservation should be directly to the Hotel - not by any reservation system or Travel Agency) from Ataturk Airport (IST) to the hotel for bookings three or more nights .

-Ataturk Airport transfer is available with the cost of 20 Euro for one way, 40 Euro both ways upon request
-Sabiha Gokcen Airport transfer service is also available with the cost of 50Euro for one way, 90 Euro both ways upon request.
